During my time studying design at London College of Fashion, my eyes got trained for the significance of details, contrasts and compositions. It was then my creative journey truly began.
After graduating, I won the competition ”Young Fashion Industry Award” in Sweden during Stockholm Fashion Week. This gave me the opportunity to start my own brand, which I did.
Always been fascinated by lines and forms in all aspects they can be found – during these years I created clothes with the drive of experimenting with construction and intriguing cuts and details, in various techniques I discovered. But after a few years of having fashion shows with my own label in different locations and places, I then instead found myself in a multi company in the fashion industry.
Time went on and not being able to reflect for a while, on parental leave I began to listen to myself. It became clear to me that I needed to reconnect with the essence of why I had started to create in the first place. I knew what I should do. I wanted to get back to the authentic form of expression and for me, that’s what art is. So this is what I did.
Let’s see where this will take me…
